HA and Lead Teacher Librarians model the use of ICT to their colleagues. They not only inform colleagues about new initiatives but also model the latest, pedagogically appropriate use of ICT to deliver library services and transform their teaching learning programs. They encourage colleagues to use new and emerging technologies and digital tools and mentor those who which to engage in innovative digital learning opportunities for their students. They work collaboratively with colleagues to use digital resources and tools to improve student learning.
