HA Teacher Librarians will demonstrate a wide repertoire of teaching strategies including guided inquiry, small group collaboration and flipped classroom strategies that use a range of learning technologies. These teaching strategies will acknowledge and cater for various learning styles student abilities and cultural and linguistic contexts.

Lead colleagues select and develop teaching strategies to improve student learning using knowledge of the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of students.
Lead Teacher Librarians model and support others to demonstrate a wide range of teaching strategies. They research and source examples of these strategies to support their colleagues.
